production process?

Applying geotextile on one or both sides of the film forms a composite geotextile membrane. This form is called one fabric one

film, two fabrics one film, multiple fabrics multiple films, etc. Composite geomembrane is a geosynthetic material composed oftwo

or more materials, such as geotextile (or fiberglass mesh) and polymer materials (such as PE film, EVA, etc.).

It is made of geotextile as the water conducting layer and polymer material as the anti-seepage layer, which is rolled and hot-melt

coated. The production process not only maintains the good mechanical properties of the geotextile base fabric, but also makes the

composite product film thickness uniform and has high peel strength. Avoiding the formation of pores and sand holes on the film

greatly improves its impermeability strength. The surface of the film is treated with embossing, which increases the friction coefficient

of the film formation, improves the stability of the anti-seepage project, and facilitates construction. Due to the use of polymer materials

the addition of anti-aging agents in the production process, it can be used in unconventional temperature environments.
