setting period, high strength, fast and convenient construction, and can replace traditional concrete construction processes. This product
only requires watering to form a durable concrete layer with the desired shape and hardness. Using different cement formulas, it can
form concrete like structures that are anti-seepage, crack resistant, heat-insulating, anti erosion, fire-resistant, anti-corrosion, and durable.
Laying construction
1. The preparation work first requires planning, measurement, and a certain slope to ensure that water flows smoothly from the upper end
to the lower end; The second step is to clean and level the construction site, set up construction lines according to the design drawings, and
remeasure the drainage slope.
2. Construction lines shall be set up according to the design requirements for excavation. Both sides of the ditch shall be leveled, and there
shall be no loose soil or voids on the slope inside the ditch. It is required to compact the water damaged areas, remove all debris and gravel
from the slope, and if necessary, use Sanqi lime soil for compaction or grouting reinforcement before sealing. The stability of the treated
areas should be good!
3. The laying materials can be laid vertically and horizontally. Please make sure to level the substrate, otherwise it will affect the appearance!
4. Seam treatment
a. Dig a 10cm wide horizontal pit with a depth of the first generation of cement blankets at the overlapping point of adjacent cement blankets,
and place and flatten the joint of the cement blankets at the overlapping point.
b. Press the upper cement blanket onto the lower cement blanket in the direction of the water flow, with a minimum overlap of 10 centimeters.
c. Apply sealant evenly at the joint. (Or evenly sprinkle cement powder)
d. Secure the two cement blankets with stainless steel screws.
e. Groove edge treatment, use rivets to fix the material edge on the groove edge, and also use rivets to fix the overlapping area. After fixing,
cover the edge with the diagram
f. After the preliminary work is completed, water evenly and thoroughly. After 12 hours, water evenly again for maintenance, with a cycle of three days
